Shipping Policy


  • We are currently only shipping within Canada.
  • Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout according to your items and place of residence.
  • We ship via Canada Post (regular or express shipping), depending on the size and weight of the package.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days of the order date.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Return Policy

In-Store Returns

You can return products in-store from Monday to Thursday, 10:00am-4:00pm, and Friday from 10:00am-1:00pm.

We are closed during lunch hours from Monday to Thursday, 12:00pm-1:00pm.

We cannot accept in-person returns unless the return has been scheduled and confirmed by our customer service team.


  • You can return your products free of charge to our store in Ouje-Bougoumou, QC., or at your own expense by mail.
  • You must initiate the return process within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, including your order confirmation number.
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
  • The item must not have been used, altered, or damaged in any way.
  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team and we will promptly assist you.

Return Process:

  • Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

  • Returns must be sent by mail to our address at your own expense.
  • Once the return is approved, we will notify you by email and issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • We reserve the right not to accept your return if the condition of your product doesn’t meet our standards of quality. If the return is not approved, we will notify you by email.


  • We cannot accept returns for items that don’t have proof of purchase or order number.
  • We cannot accept returns on delivered packages past 30 days.


In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available and shipping costs aren’t incurred.

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready to be picked up before going to the store.
