What shipping methods are available?

We ship all our orders through Canada Post. We provide standard and expedited deliveries.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We process our orders in 1-5 business days and ship through our location in Ouje-Bougoumou. It may take between 3-5 business days depending on your location. Remote communities and towns may experience extra delay.

You can track your order once it has shipped. The tracking number and link is in the email we sent you when your order shipped.

Do you do local deliveries in the communities?

If you live in Ouje-Bougoumou, you can choose to pick up at our warehouse when you check-out on our website.

Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere across Canada.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment from VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Interac.

For pickup orders, purchases must be made online and confirmed by Wachiya.

How do I return a product?

Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

  • By phone: 1 (418) 745-2400, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (EST), Monday to Friday (except statutory holidays).

Conditions:

  • We cannot accept in-person returns unless the return has been scheduled and confirmed by our customer service team.
  • You can return your products free of charge to our store in Ouje-Bougoumou, QC., or at your own expense by mail.
  • You must initiate the return process within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, including your order confirmation number.
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
  • The item must not have been used, altered, or damaged in any way.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team and we will promptly assist you.

Who makes your products?

Our products are sourced and made by Cree artists and artisans from the James bay area, also known as Eeyou Istchee. 

Can I sell my product to you?

We’d love to buy from you if you are a Cree beneficiary under the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement. You can contact us via email with some samples of your arts and/or crafts and we will get back to you. You can email us at products@cnaca.ca
