Dark surrealist, creature designer and makeup artist from Whapmagoostui, Eeyou Istchee.
Rain Iserhoff is an aspiring dark surrealist, creature designer, and makeup artist from Whapmagoostui QC. As of now, Rain is certified in Practical Creature Design, and is also self-taught in makeup and costume making. In 2027 she will be taking the next steps into becoming a professional special effects and makeup artist. Rain will be completing a full Makeup Artist Program by next fall 2027 and will acquire all skills needed to achieve her professional goals as an artist.
With her original creature Kâkâ Chishchâyimîshût, Rain uses her cultural storytelling as inspiration to write an original legend. With this project Rain plans to make it become a reality on screen.
Rain looks forward to working with filmmakers in the future as a makeup artist, special effects artist, creature designer and storyteller.
