These one-of-a-kind lapel pins are handcrafted by Nalakwisis Mukash of Whapmagoostui, Eeyou Istchee. Inspired by the distinctive shape of a moose track, each pin is meticulously beadworked by hand and mounted on a silver-tone lapel pin with a secure clutch backing.
The moose holds deep significance in Eeyou culture, representing sustenance, respect for the land, and the enduring relationship between the people and the animals that have supported generations. Vibrant colour combinations and fine beadwork make each piece a unique expression of Cree artistry.
